Glos Airport Banner

Welcome to Gloucestershire Airport

Gloucestershire Airport is a regional facility that has a key role to play in meeting the demand for airport capacity in the region. Opened in 1931, the airport has been progressively developed during the last 75 years to meet the needs of aerospace business and the stringent requirements of the Civil Aviation Authority.

Gloucestershire Airport is a regional airport with a business focus and is historically one of the busiest airfields in the UK. Just four miles from Cheltenham, home of prestigious horse-racing, literature and music festivals and only six miles from the cathedral city of Gloucester.

The airport provides easy access to the South West and the Midlands as well as London. It has excellent public transport connections and is close to the A40, M5 and M4 motorway networks.
