Jason Ivey - Managing Director
Jason has 37 years of aviation experience in a variety of roles including Airport Director, Operations Director and Chief Fire Officer. Jason has also worked for the Civil Aviation Authority as an Inspector and as Head of Aerodromes for the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority.
Brian Rawlings - Head of Operations
Brian has 35 years of aviation experience including 24 years as a military Air Traffic Controller as well as roles as an Airport Manager, CAA Accountable Manager, FISO and CAA FISO Examiner. Previous positions also include Senior Project Manager positions in the Nuclear and Construction Industries.
Christopher Brian - Manager Air Traffic Services
Chris has 30 years Air Traffic Control (ATC) experience. In his 22 year career at NATS he was an Air Traffic Services Assistant, Tower and Radar Controller, Instructor, Assessor, Training Manager and Watch Manager at Cardiff Airport. He was also Aerodrome Course Manager at NATS ATC Training College and spent time as a Consultant Instructor at Global ATS. He has also held the role as Manager Air Traffic Services for 2 years at Inverness Airport.
Lisa Milden - Head of People
Lisa is an HR professional with over 30 years of experience. Lisa has worked in many different sectors, including Distribution, a local authority housing provider, and most recently within the Charitable Sector. HR is her passion and she enjoys being part of the leadership team with the ambition to make the Airport an employer of choice with a great culture being promoted.
Bradley Jacklin - Head of Property
Bradley has a legal qualification with 20 years of experience in the property advisory and development industries for both landlord and tenant. He is experienced in real estate leasing, and development management across numerous sectors including retail, residential and commercial environs. He has an absolute passion for property and for the creation of sustainable spaces providing a positive experience to the people that live and work in here. He takes over from David Moore, who supported the Airport in an interim role for 18 months.
Helen Webb FCIM - Head of Business Development & Marketing
Helen is a professional marketing leader with a passion for aviation. She has worked in senior marketing, and communications roles for over 25 years, including 14 years on the leadership team at the Royal International Air Tattoo, developing and implementing growth strategies to drive increased engagement. Helen is a trustee for Flying Scholarships for Disabled People, a STEM ambassador and sits on the Board of the European Airshow Council.
