Brian Rawlings - Managing Director
Brian has more than 40 years of aviation experience, including 22 years as a military Air Traffic Controller. Throughout his career, he has held a number of senior leadership positions at UK airfields, including Airport Manager, Head of Operations, CAA Accountable Manager, Flight Information Service Officer (FISO), and CAA FISO Local Examiner.
In addition to his extensive aviation expertise, Brian has significant experience as a Senior Project and Construction Manager, delivering complex projects within the nuclear and construction industries. His diverse background combines operational leadership, regulatory compliance, project delivery, and infrastructure management across highly regulated sectors.
Scott Litchfield - Head of Operations
Scott has almost 20 years of aviation experience across Airfield Operations, Fixed Base Operations (FBO), Aerodrome Safeguarding and Airport Operations Management. Having worked at Doncaster Sheffield Airport, Cambridge City Airport and East Midlands airport, he brings extensive operational and strategic expertise, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, efficiency and continuous improvement
Lisa Milden - Head of People
Lisa is an HR professional with over 30 years of experience. Lisa has worked in many different sectors, including Distribution, a local authority housing provider, and most recently within the Charitable Sector. HR is her passion and she enjoys being part of the leadership team with the ambition to make the Airport an employer of choice with a great culture being promoted.
Bradley Jacklin - Head of Property
Bradley has a legal qualification with 20 years of experience in the property advisory and development industries for both landlord and tenant. He is experienced in real estate leasing, and development management across numerous sectors including retail, residential and commercial environs. He has an absolute passion for property and for the creation of sustainable spaces providing a positive experience to the people that live and work in here. He takes over from David Moore, who supported the Airport in an interim role for 18 months.
