Brian Rawlings - Head of Operations
Brian has 35 years of aviation experience including 24 years as a military Air Traffic Controller as well as roles as an Airport Manager, CAA Accountable Manager, FISO and CAA FISO Examiner. Previous positions also include Senior Project Manager positions in the Nuclear and Construction Industries.
Lisa Milden - Head of People
Lisa is an HR professional with over 30 years of experience. Lisa has worked in many different sectors, including Distribution, a local authority housing provider, and most recently within the Charitable Sector. HR is her passion and she enjoys being part of the leadership team with the ambition to make the Airport an employer of choice with a great culture being promoted.
Bradley Jacklin - Head of Property
Bradley has a legal qualification with 20 years of experience in the property advisory and development industries for both landlord and tenant. He is experienced in real estate leasing, and development management across numerous sectors including retail, residential and commercial environs. He has an absolute passion for property and for the creation of sustainable spaces providing a positive experience to the people that live and work in here. He takes over from David Moore, who supported the Airport in an interim role for 18 months.
